Well sure Sedo has serious issues and I think if it weren't for the efforts of reps T and M on the forums here, we'd all be a lot worse off. They have helped tremendously especially in times when nobody returns calls or emails (well emails in my case) or when things get problematic. That kind of help is invaluable.
