How? The trademark applications weren't even
filed when the domain name was sold in 2006.
This was the
same attorney who tried to buy shoppers.com at auction, and then filed a UDRP when his client didn't win the auction. I don't for a minute believe he was ignorant of the facts. He's not that stupid.
