I second theplanet.com (servermatrix.com).
Have 6 servers with them and they have been quite good. I do recommend them strongly.
We also have multiple servers with EV1 and we had our fair share of problems. %+|
Out of the two, I'd say theplanet would be the choice hands down. Especially after the latest issue with EV1 & SCO.
