No, I am not personally aware of any Chinese Dot coms IDN being sold to an end user, neither am I personally aware of any Dot CN being sold in this way in the after market either. I seen many companies migrates from ASCII.cn to IDN.com, but probably nearly all of them registered their domains as new. Primary IDNs of major companies are gnerally subject to Trademark and are therefore not something that I would speculate in or would expect to see sales publicised for.
