Yeah you guys are right..the logo is a bit fuzzy..I will work on that. I did it in like 3 minutes just to get it up. Are you guys that are complaining about the green on LCD's? I find that LCD monitors really mess with colors and lighting too much. So far the members love the layout and color scheme and I ain't sure changing it right now would be beneficial. Also which green do I lighten up? There are 3 of them. If I lighten them won't that make the text unviewable?
As for monetizing the site...not 100% sure. But Cannabis.com doesn't seem to have a problem with getting advertisers. The fact is that advertisers in this genre can't use Adwords..so it may actually be EASIER to monetize by getting direct monthly ad campaigns. I won't even bother trying to make money on the site though until it has a few hundred members and lots of posts. |
