| Yes...I think it should only be an issue if the person placing the bid doesn't intend to follow through....but that is only my opinion.
I have seen this issue raised elsewhere as well and never quite understood why there would be a problem if the bidder intends to buy and the seller intends to sell. And SEDO would get their slice no matter what...
