I just had a round of correspondence with them where they went around in circles without addressing my real question (which I had to clarify multiple times)... and then they gave me a phone number to call. WOW.
And why do they keep addressing me as "Dear Sir or Madam" in the email when I sign everything as "Dave". As if they didn't piss me off enough.
