I appreciate your opinion so can you answer these 2 questions directly please?
1. Why it is it ok for the registrars to make profit?
2. Why it ok for people like sedo to make profit?
As an example, there is currently the domain name toyotahybrid.com in live sedo auction making $20,000 which sedo will get 10% of. We all know this is a blatant TM but it goes on and lots of people/registrars/resellers are making lots of money while the man in the street is always being told not to register this domain and that domain, and he is cybersquating and made to feel guilty, while all the big players are filling their boots. Surely the 'rules' as you quote should be the same for everyone!!
