| Escrow treats the seller pretty poorly IMO. Basically...the buyer can back out anytime before the 'inspection' period is over...and they will not be a part any legal dispute and just refund the cash...I had a deal where I already transferred the name and the ffing fortune 500 company decided on a different name after the fact...the name was in their account - the cash was in escrow waiting to be release - three days into it..they changed their minds - escrow rolled over. - pissed me off enough to use escrowdns or my own wire from now on as I don't like BS.
