| I wish somebody would explain to people the distinction between a Generic, a Brandable and a TM. Schwartz has caused more confusion than enough over this. Most of the things he calls Generics are anything but. It get worse when you get into other scripts as most people think Transliterations of Generics are Generic, which of course they generally are not.
The common mistake in English names is the assumption Generic + Generic = Generic. Most of the time Generic + Generic = TM.
