Unless EVERYONE has a retina scanning device with a thumbprint device and a CC checker and someone employed to visit them at home ... and all this is linked to a central database of trusted members .. then I am fairly sure scammers will penetrate .. and even then .. some of these guys would 'take the eye out of your head' for a few bucks ...
