| Each company is different - even though you put in a bid for the name it doesn't mean the company will get it in the drop on Wednesday, and if the company didn't "catch" the name you wont' get any emails about it. As well, some companies do advanced auction style bidding (ie Namepros) while others do their auctions post-drop (ie. Pool). Read these forums...there's more info on how things work.
