I think I do not understand the USA law,but I also know Apple if want to take this domain name for free,he will pay more than $10000 for law cases cost.

Considering myspace.com.cn and google.com.cn/.cn are no TM problem,I think it is no big issue to talk about the legal problem,especially ,I never thought it hurt/break the apple company benefit
