So I send a email to support laying out my info/username and even password, demand help etc ( all nicely though ). My email is tracked and I get a receipt when read, firt support reads it, I see where he forwards it to a higher up and guess what, he deletes it without reading it!
Honestly I cant waste more time on it, lesson learned. They ruined their name with me for $40. Congrats! |
Wow, Something must of drastically changed for RD, because it was not like this when I was there, which was many years ago. I suspect it started when Google drastically filtered trafficm But it's still no excuse to cheat customers out of money, they must be doing it because they can get away with it.
