| Wow, all the parts worked?
The skyrocketing unemployment? the banking and loan system? healthcare? Two wars on two fronts? the failure of the big three automakers? the out of control national debt? the trade deficit? the downward spiral of wall street? the haliburton "no bid" contracts for Iran and Afghanistan? the falsification of evidence to support an attack on Iraq? the torture of "enemy combatants"? the distancing of the US from all allies? the blatant ignoring and reversing of the environment and endangered species act?
Do I need to list more parts that were missing, broken, stolen, and did not work?
Honestly, Obama or McCain - it would not matter because EITHER would have been handed the same box of pieces that once resembled something of a democratic and prosperous society.
One major piece that was missing and will take years to find is respect.
