On a related topic, using "free" email services is risky. Yahoo and Google reserve the right to change / deactivate one's email account / address at any time for any reason.

IMHO, a better solution is using a paid email service (most webhosts include email service at no extra cost) on one's own domain name - that way one will get better support, and can move service around as needed while still keeping the same email address.
