That would be like blaming the Gun makers for gun deaths. Blaming the Car companys for a car accident. they know that there are 400 car deaths a day . Thats a ridiculous argument if thats what your saying , the registrars are doing it so its ok ?.

they dont make you reg a TM Infringing name. Domainers go there and reg TM names , the Registrar does not make them do it. the individual has his own mind. What are we children. We shouldnt need the registrars to police us. if your an adult ( I dont mean you personally) you should know better then to reg something that is not right. And the registrars cant check every name they sell for TM Infringment. that would be impossible .In a perfect world that would happen but in a perfect world they can also tell if the person they sell a bat to is going to use it for violence. just not possible. Hope that answered you question. Again I am just expressing my opinion so i really dont feel like going on and on about this. I will just wish ya best of luck with those names.
