I think he is talking about idn - there will be a mad rush once IE7 is announced to the world - it's like we'll be going back to the 1990s, except that now everybody knows domains are worth money.

Millions of dollars are going to pour in overnight, and 90% of the best .com IDNs (WITH READY TRAFFIC) are in the hands of less than 50 people.

As people start to download and install IE7, idn owners will see traffic rising many folds as the months go by.

And when major Asian websites start to promote idn.com for their websites, traffic will increase a few more folds as Asians start to learn how to enter native character URLs.

While it took the .com 5 years to take off. IDN.com will takeoff in just under a year.
