In my situation, eNom left the old owner's domain password on the domain when they pushed it to my account, and the old owner used his domain password, changed the contact info, and stole the domain by transferring it to another registrar. It's an eNom system problem. I don't think old domain passwords should be pushed with the domain. They should be blanked out.
