I voted YES - Teens 17 and under should be allowed to do business here.
IMO there is no reason for discriminating against younger members.
Also such a rule seems difficult to enforce unless DNF has the manpower to vet all applications, and the verification process can be fooled anyway.
We usually don't bother to sign contracts or ask for passport copy or fingerprints when doing business with fellow members
I understand the legal implications of doing business with minors but everybody is free NOT to do business with certain persons/members for any reason. It's a personal choice.
If we begin like this we may have to blacklist members from Iran or Cuba
