The $50 minimum charge is not new. What is new, is that Sedo now additionally requires domains to be listed for sale at a fixed price if you want to get around the minimum fee.

Sorry to disappoint you, but that is not German for "credit cards". The correct spelling would be, as already pointed out one post above, "Kreditkarten". Conclusion: The domain is worthless.
