Only one problem with that statement & that is people at the lower end of the scale are paying little or no taxes now. Why would they need tax breaks? Sounds good for votes only.

I have extremely targeted sites with some CJ links. Very poor %age returns and one site has been on the first page of Google for 2 years in the # 1-3 position. Linkshare much better.

Thanks for the comments. I have tried niche sites, mini sites, full sites, etc., but it is too time consuming when you own a large # of sites. Need better roi for the work involved.
