Yeah Moniker and Snapnames are down for me as well.

1. Uninstalled the software again.
2. Removed any entries related to DRT or Domain Research Tool in the Registry Editor.
3. Restarted the computer.
4. Ran the DRT installation again and manually...

Yeah I got burned couple of time and I removed all the backorders. Now Namejet keeps adding names to my list that I didn't even backorder.
