Perhaps you are right. I don't own a single .eu domain.
Probably a lot will drop if they were regged for under a euro.

I think thai IDN.IDN will come to Thailand within a year or two.

Looks like .de for Germany is about 50% of the top 100.
In France .fr is about 30%
In the UK .co.uk is about 25%

As far as I know the RTL and LTR issues have been worked out by all major browsers for years. Arabic, Urdu, Hebrew etc work with the new release of most major software, even Google Translator tools....

I've been getting moderate type in traffic on a few of my arabic IDNs
I would have to say, after looking at thousands of spanish pages on the internet, that for the most part, ALL the accents are used.
I would say that at least 90% of content, ad, and banners...
