A little surprised at appraisals in this thread but i see this name in low to mid $x,xxx reseller and $xx,xxx end user
over 800M results in google and 3.3M google searches a month in U.S.

I think the issue with the OP is that the seller is not willing to use escrow.com.
If escrow.com is an option for your seller i would definitely just use it.
