"can I borrow your brain for next week's civ pro final? "

Do NOT learn civ pro by reading domain name cases. That's the best advice I can give you.

Stick with the classics... International Shoe, World Wide Volkswagen, and Burger King v. Rudniecwicz or whoever

no civ pro definitely sticks to the golden oldies, but we actually read a few domain cases for property, they've already made the casebooks which is interesting as this is such a new area of the law.

The cases we dealt with also included many of the same issues involved in the discussions on this board, especially where people purchase names for the sole purpose of reselling them.

After I wrote that comment, I thought that _Zippo_ is a worthwhile first year civ pro course that nicely ties in with the usual contacts analysis.

But I can't imagine why you'd be reading domain cases, with one exception (or he'll beat me up), in property.
