An investment is only as good as the return you get and the time it takes. If you sold it for $350,000 today, it would be a great investment. If you sell it for $750,000 in 10 years, it wasn't as great an investment. Because there are plenty of ways in this industry to turn $225K into $750K in 10 years.

I agree it's a steal at $225K in todays market. I don't agree with people saying to hold it. It needs to start returning your investment right away or time can turn it into a not-so-great steal.

i think for sure this can go for 500 000$ , the potential is huge , it could be a site of all arabic countries, shown on maps, on which when you click and you get a real estate page with all the homes and stuff for sale of that country, OR probably one of the most visited forums in the world, with over a billion arabs, that can been really lucrative... imo easily worth at least 500 000$
