Chris/Beachie was banned over repeatedly posting a thread asking others to donate to the I.C.A. after being deleted multiple times.

DNF saw the thread as a violation to the fundraising rule and Chris disagreed.
Evidently things got heated behind the scenes as well.

Beachie (Chris) only asking the community to help fight the bill. I think that's not for personal advantage, he is a successful domainer, very rich, and one of my old time business client.

Just like Fearless and other old time member here, I think mod go over the edge on this one. IMHO

i think mods should not be allowed to ban members ~ only administrators after careful investigation if the user is a real threat to the community

they both got banned after rows with the mods and i can't find any evidence of beachie being a scammer- so i assume it was personal

Hopefully they get it all worked out...let us not forget that not too long ago Chris Beach himself was a mod! Very odd..........the whole thing.

I wish someone would come along and clarify this. If he was only asking the community to support ICA, which in effect affects all of us domainers directly, why does that constitute a ban?

I am flying back from Scottsdale tomorrow an will re look at suspensions practices here.

I too am under the impression nobody should suspend besides me.

I aboloutely hate suspensions.
