Sorry I dont have an answer. But I wondered how so many Forex domains are out there, and they don't seem to ever get any trademark issues? Try that with NASDAQ and they will be on you within days. Anyone know why?

not sure about Nasdaq hunting domainers down

i had acquired a large portfolio with some of them real trademark issue,
i received a very polite email about one domain(leader in hotel booking), that they didn't liked the ads showing on the parking page and that i should ask for removal of the advertisment to my registrar
i deleted the domain from my account = case closed in 2 minutes

My question wasn't about why NASDAQ does, it was about why Forex doesn't? And it seem pretty widespread as there are lots of domains, like yours, with their brand. But good for you and the others as they just don't seem to care.
