The domain, HKE.NET, was originally purchased fraudulently. It since moved in and out of several moniker accounts. I am assuming that you purchased this domain via a private transaction. When we first discover a fraudulent purchase to be on the safe side we immediately suspend all accounts involved. Once the investigation is complete we then go back and take the appropriate action on the domain and effected accounts.
This domain has been taken back by Moniker and your account has been restored.
