Do you mean
a) to transfer to a different registrar
or

From netsol - don't hold your breath, months sometimes.

From BulkRegister 24 hours, StarGate 2 to 3 days.

Joker.com - 2 to 3 days to open a transfer window then one day.

It really does depend on a lot of factors. I can transfer a domain in about 5 seconds, but it stays with the same registrar. It took me 3 months to transfer one domain for a client. Fortunately the 5 second situation is more common that the 3 months one.

I've had transfers from various registrars to enom within 24 hours. (of course pushes are done in seconds)

Then again, I've had over a dozen failed transfer requests (and paid fees) trying to get a name out of the hands of Abacus / Aplusnet/ Names4ever, taking about 3 months. Get this, I was trying to transfer one of my own names to myself!

If they can't figure out their own name, what would make me think they could do any better with mine?
