Urban Data LTD is looking for a Investor / working partner in a new project (An entire PPC Feed to feed ads to the brokerage's ppc parking pages) The benefit of this is as follows.

The feed

1. As 50% stake owner in the ppc feed the feed keeps 40% of revenue from all ppc clicks off the top. As 50% stake holder you will keep 50% of the 40% direct and I as the other shareholder will pay my 50% of 40% directly to the 60% already kept by www.urbandata.com ppc system meaning urbandata.com will be able to pay out a HUGE 80% of 80% instead of 80% of the industry standard 60% ppc revenue's since feeds always knock the first 40% off and only give the ppc parking provider 60% to work with. This benefits both urbandata.com and the feed by enouraging with high payouts more parked domains and ultimately more feed revenue of which to garner as an investor your percent. The investment is required in 3 parts. (Software, Stake buy, and Development funding)

Software. The software is approx 12,000.00 USD for all requirements to be met to include implimentation as well as stat's feed to accompany the xml ad feed. (Note advertisers prepay which I forgot to mention so there is working capita almost immediately)

Stake Buy. This is the funding you will pay me direct for the opportunity as a stake buy for allowing this unique opportunity with a working model to push the ppc feed by using urbandata.com as the vessel. (Stake buy 10,000.00 USD)

Development funding - Marketing expense fund. Required 10,000 USD to 20,000 USD for an advertising campaign since we can not only use this system to push ads on ppc parked domains for urbandata.com but also other publishers and ppc parking providers so our users can include not only urbandata.com but also common webmasters much like an adsense program but also other ppc parking providers.

Total investment 32,000.00 USD to 42,000 USD - Expected ROI less than 6 months. IF we can provide HIGH ppc payout the domains will come and so will more income generation. This investment requires a WORKING partner as one of the primary focus will be retaining advertisers in the gambling, medical and other areas. I would be happy if the partner managed the service mostly alone since managing the ppc system and such is a big enough job already but I can work some in both.

Please PM serious interest only as this is an immediate project.

That's under the assumption that the bid prices can actually compete with the big players (e.g. Yahoo, Google, 7Search)
Even if you do manage to presuade advertisers to advertise on your feed, you're assuming that they'll bid the same amount of money that they do on more "well-known" feeds.

If you compare bid prices on Overture and a smaller feed such as GoClick.com, you'll see that GoClick's prices are A LOT lower.

80% of 60% of something is better than 80% of 80% of nothing.

Why do you think these big parking companies like DotzUp, NameDrive, Parked.com use Google or Yahoo feeds? Because they simply compete if they create their own feed.

You guys right now are using RevenuePilot, which is already crap compared to Yahoo (except for some drug keywords), and now you're preparing to create you own feed? Sounds ridiculous to me...

You know, and I know that if you actually could get a partnership with Yahoo (or possibly Google), you would do it, instead of creating your own feed.

No offense, but all I see UrbanData as, is a website that purchased the Domain Trader script from smartscript.net, and applied for a RevenuePilot account (which basically anybody to get), and starts acting like a big parking program.

This is rediculous for any following updates. Inod you may wish to edit your comments in here too. Asian I never asked for your 2 cents if you weren't interested now did I? As for NP?.. anyone can note I was away for 21 days for surgery and This Brian Fox Character is growing old and of no business relation and never was. Once again it's simple speculation and false accusations. Go ahead, Read the NP thread. Heck even ask Beachie. Apparantly he dealt with the same person near the same time I did only from what I understand he was burned. Sad thing really but it has nothing to do with me.

Wow it's too bad there isn't more grants available here in B.C. especially in the high tech sector which is where we are focusing. We are building an online business center as an all in one stop for business development and marketing online including but not limited to ( Web Development, Web Hosting , Corporate Branding, Search Engine Optimization, Domain name registration, Domain Name Brokerage, PPC Domain Parking, 3d Modelling and Interactive Media for business, Custom Software Solutions and much much more. our url in development is http://www.urbandata.com and we also own http://www.urbandata.ca and http://www.urbandata.us . We are already Incorporated as Urban Data LTD in B.C. and a major grant / and or financing to expand would be determental to our lauch in terms of marketing and more hardware / hiring requirements. Currently we have two shareholders / directors and 30,000 in available funds for launch date but more is necessary especially in the hardware / marketing end especially considering good web servers are over 8,000 USD per piece and marketing is the most expensive part. We also will need to launch with at least three full time programmers and two full time sales reps.

If anyone has any solutions please email us at [email protected]

Thanks in kind.

UrbanData.ca still looks like it's registered to Brian Fox.

Is this simply a bad luck or a trail?

Anyway, I will advice members of this forum to be careful and not greedy.
