Thankfully when I visited the Domaingang post you linked, another compelling read came up, Selling Trademark Domains: Are listing venues guilty?

I am quite amused (and bewildered) by the poll results: Should domain listing venues forbid the trading of domains that infinge on famous marks?
  • Yes (64%, 34 Votes)
  • No (36%, 19 Votes)
Domaining and domainers have a real image problem if 36% of industry insiders think it is okay for TM's to be sold by aftermarket venues. This represents 1/3 who would obviously feel that it is okay to register the TM infringed words in the first place.
