Anyone else having problems with domains parked at Sedo? Several domains which resolved OK for some days now no longer do. All are parked by changing DNS to Sedo's nameservers.

Hello there,
If you are experiencing problems with your parking, it may be because you are BT Internet customers. At the moment, BT are proving to be unreliable at showing up parked pages - not only Sedo ones. We would like to reassure you that all other Internet providers have no problems resolving parked pages. This means that if you have a lot of .com domains, then your US traffic will be in no way affected as they will all be able to view your domains. It is only BT users who may not. Thus, the effect on your revenue should be minimal.
If any of you would be interested in helping us out, our technicians would very much appreciate receiving the following information:

- exact URL your were trying to visit
- exact error message you were getting
- was the error message displayed in the Sedo layout or not?
- exact date, time, and time zone when the error occurred
- the results of the traceroute protocol for this request

How to get the traceroute protocol:
if you are trying to visit the domain PARKEDDOMAIN.COM and you get an error message which is not in the Sedo layout, please do the following
if you are using Windows:
- open a command prompt
- type in "tracert PARKEDDOMAIN.COM" and press <RETURN>
- wait until you see the command prompt again
- copy the protocol and paste it into the error mail
if you are using Linux/Unix:
- open a shell
- you might have to be root to be able to execute this command
- type in "traceroute PARKEDDOMAIN.COM" and press <RETURN>
- wait until you see the command prompt again
- copy the protocol and paste it into the error mail

please replace "PARKEDDOMAIN.COM" with the domain you were trying to visit.

On top of that, we need the IP address of the name server they are using when dialing into the BT network.

Thank you very much. Hopefully BT will clear up this bug as quickly as possible.
