Which End User Affords High for good domain?

Hey!! I am familiar with good domains in market. I own couple of nice domains for which I am looking end user. I found many interested parties on google but they don't afford and bargain around 50-70%. To whom should I target and how do I get to know that the website I have found on google will afford nice domains?Thank you
