I would go with Geo+Lawyer.

However I'd suggest looking for Geo+Homes.. It's keyword rich and applies to more searches. Try using the Google Keyword tool for "homes in LOCATION" and see which variation has more exact local searches.

condos and apartments in my opinion..I think less people need a lawyer than a place to live.

I would go with lawyer. The reason being that most lawyers don't know a thing about marketing and the internet is like a magic source for clients that they do not fully understand, yet are willing to put down serious money to buy a domain, or better yet a website if it will get them new clients. That being said, you need to focus on the types of lawyers who make a good amount of money on new clients and are willing to pay for leads or for a website that generates potential new clients. For example, bankruptcy attorneys, which I know a lot about, pay on average $50 to $75 a lead. Personal Injury attorneys will pay substantially more, but that market is much more difficult to get into because most of the high search geos are taken. Another good area is disability claims, social secutiry, VA, etc. those clients can potentially be worth a lot to the right lawer. I recommend developing out a lead generation site, that meets the state bar advertising requirements, get it ranked, get it producing leads and then LEASE it to an attorney at between $500 to $1000 a month depending upon the volume of leads being produced by the site, the ranking of the site etc. Don't make it a longe term lease, make it quarterly or monthly, make sure the contract indicates that you own site and content. I would recommend doing the site in wordpress and set up a user account that only lets the attorney add content to the blog, again make sure it is clear in your contract that any blog content they add is considered content of the website, which you own. That way if they ever decide to stop paying for the site, you own the content, including their blog posts and you can lease the entire package to their competitor for $750 to $1250 a month. The same can also be done with Accountants, Doctors, etc. Just my two cents!

Thanks mmazurjr... I was thinking about developing some of my geo lawyer domain, but they are for small city which don't have any search volume. Is there a way i could get local traffic to these domain?

Depends on the number of searches in keyword tool.. Some people in a particular city might be searching more for lawyers than homes or properties..or vice versa.. Research before buying!

It would help to know the areas of law you have domains for, as sometimes there is search volume for aspects of those areas but not necessarily the actual area of law. For example Personal Injury, is a general term that everyone goes after, but there are subsets of keywords, related to higher value cases that don't have as much competition that you can go after to get the site ranking on and once you have the site ranking for that term, it is easier to get rankings for the higher volume search terms. Additionally, you might have small city geos that you can get ranked for quickly and if the small city geos are close enough to a major metro area you can use the high ranking for the small city geo to get ranking on the major metro geo with the right back linking strategy. I did this in my area for bankruptcy. I took one of the more centrally located cities around miami and in 35 days got a website ranked for about 10 keywords related to bankruptcy, was able to get to page 1 and on some terms had multiple pages ranking on page one, along with Google Map listing. Once that happened, I hired an outsourced backlinking specialist off of Odesk.com and for 2.50 an hour he created backlinks to my website for the miami versions of these keywords. It took about 3 additional months, but now my small city geo site ranks for Miami searches on the first page or second page depending upon the day. The outsourced cost of the backlinking ended up being about $80 a month for three months, well worth the price. Hope this is helpful.
