More accurately, "Where is John Yeomans?"

Over the years, John and I have communicated via email. He has (Or used to have!) quite a large portfolio (3,500+).

During the past few months, a number of his best ones have expired and come up for auction at GoDaddy's Aftermarket:

WORLDEXCHANGE.COM $4,494.
DOMAINSWORLD.COM $2,080.
WEBSITEADVISOR.COM $970.
NETASIA.com $718.

And this one at DynaDot:

NETASSETS.com $334.

And this one at Pheenix:

FUNDPLUS.com $4,556.

And his domains are still coming up for sale at GoDaddy and DynaDot with hundreds more already in "redemption" or "pending delete"!

We believe something terrible has befallen him! We called three phone numbers (New Jersey and New York City) and emailed three accounts, all to no avail.

"What happened to John Yeomans?"--that is the real question!

Never heard about this man.
But this is a timely reminder that domainers are mortal too, and should plan something in case they 'drop' out of this Earth. So that your heirs can at least benefit from your portfolio.

Like we said, something has happened and we don't know what!? And we spent many hours trying to track him down!

with domains like those being dropped and being sold off in auctions i can only think of the worst happening to him. with domain holdings that large he's no newbie.
that's not what someone does(just dropping best domains) when leaving the industry or being unable to renew his domains.

hope it's just an accident he had or he got sick or something like that, but that he's still around.
