Are misspelling domains like these trademark problems or are they fair game?
ie - wwwhonda.com

Thanks!

That's what I suspected. Not worth the hassle for $10.

Thanks!

Can any money be made from these? That's the money-grubber in me, I just have to ask. ;)

We could get our hands on some 'real good' ones. But has anyone had any success with these misspellings or resale to justify taking the chance?

I dont reg TM's but with google and microsoft yahoo going after parking companies and websites that have them and participate in their revenue share there is a lot more risk now.

Yes, money is available to be made, but along with the revenue comes plenty of risk. If you find a www typo with a pile of traffic (I'm sure wwwMySpace.com would be pretty good) you could probably sell it for 14-18 months revenue. The key is finding available www typos that are decent and get traffic...and the only way to know if a name will get traffic is to register it for $8 and see if you picked up a winner.
