I agree about your observations regarding how confusing NL is. I've made some suggestions on how the site can be improved... we'll see what happens. In the meantime, the FAQ helps.

Thanks so much! I do hope domainers take that seriously. We never know when something bad can happen. It's a loving thing to educate our family members so they know what to do, just in case.
