To answer a few questions that I have been asked via PM.

I have had many trade offers, but I would prefer cash, rather than trades, but may be open to a trade for the right names or site(s).

1. Buy it now to close the deal immediately is $7,000.
2. I recently purchased the site and domains, and do not have stats since it was moved onto my server last week. I do however have a copy of Oct, Nov, and Jan stats that I copied from the old server prior to purchase.

4. I have no contractual obligations with any other sites, or host. The website is currently hosted on my dedicated server, and future hosting could be arranged in terms of the sale, or the site moved.

The Site has only been on my server a few days, and I have been working on the features mentioned above. The database is 260MB and backing it up and moving it took some time. So profits or income are not available yet, and Adsense is still getting used to the content, 50% of the time, the charity ads are still showing, because it was just implemented.
