The following two sites are for sale either as a package or sold seperately.

All offers will be considered. I am liquidating all of my sites and these two are the next two on my list to be rid of.

Both are template sites and both make money from affiliate and non affiliate sales.

http://www.itemplates.biz Google PR3, 130 -300 uniques per day

http://www.cheapertemplates101.com PR5 it receives over 100 uniques per day, every day with no promotion.

I have run these together and I'd say that they approximately earn between $300 - $500 on a good month. All traffic is organic which can be seen from the topsites itemplates promotes and receives traffic from.

I was going to offer them for sale on ebay if no decent offer comes by through dnforum. Ideally sell the pair but willing to take individual offers.

itemplates.biz has a topsites script installed on the server which comes with the sale and the hosting is paid for a while so the new owner has plenty of time to download the files or simply take over the account. I just haven't got around to setting the script up to receive any sign ups, just haven't the time any more for either sites.

I have all stats to prove claims, viistors, paypal sales from last three months so pm me if you are interested. Offers should be realistic and sensible for such an offering. I'm very willing and negotiable with this sale so please submit any offers or questions to me via pm.

i didn't ask the same question twice. i just copied one of the questions in your original post ;-). What is the breakdown of each site individually? each site makes 300-500/month or is it combined?

Apologies for the misunderstanding Jeff. The written word is sometimes confusing.

The figure mentioned is the combined amount for both sites with the split being around 40% in favour to www.cheapertemplates101.com and 60% to the itemplates.biz site

by the way john i noticed that http://www.templatedevil.com/topsites/index.php has two google adsense ads on it - i would reccomend removing one as ive read about a lot of people getting their accounts removed because of this

just to make this clear
when i pointed out that john had 2 google ads on his site i was pointing out what was a genuine mistake
john had recently bought that site for me and had forgot to change a part of it
hopefully it didnt look as if i was implying john wasnt safe to trade with - quite the opposite infact, he was very professional and id reccomend anyone to trade with him
