Hi, Will take both sites for the BIN prices assuming all fonts and all legal forrms are included with my ownership of them all, no copyright issues, all code is included and graphics, and these are NOT font and legal forms affiliate programs, and they can be successfully installed on my server with no bugs and all works well.

P.S. The reason I say that is because those issues have been problems in the past with other sellers. Thanks.

FontCart.com www.FontCart.com

Has approximately 250+ fonts already installed (included with the site purchase). This is only the beginning, you can expanded upon the number of fonts to as many as you like.

The fonts are laid out in a very eye-friendly look, and supports both Windows and Mac - 1 click EASY download files!

Site is php & html based and requires no database, relatively simple to install, or we offer installation with purchase for only an extra $10 (for most servers). Also comes with 30 days free hosting.

Accepting offers over $30, with a BuyItNow at $49...paypal payment preferred...please PM with any other questions and/or offers, or just post the offers...will keep the thread updated regularly...thanks to all!

LegalFormsIndex.com www.LegalFormsIndex.com

Nice clean look and feel with smooth navigation.

Has over 85 Legal Forms already installed, that come with the site. The catagories and number of forms can be modified and expanded upon, the site has only begun.

It charges only $4.95 per Legal Form, but that too can be modified to fit your business model/scheme. The back end is very to navigate and update any of the catagories and/or forms.

Site is php based and requires mySQL database, relatively simple to install, or we offer installation with purchase for only an extra $10 (for most servers). Also comes with 30 days free hosting.

Accepting offers over $30, with a BuyItNow at $49...paypal payment preferred...please PM with any other questions and/or offers, or just post the offers...will keep the thread updated regularly...thanks to all!

This is a "templated' website!

LegalFormsIndex.com

Please indicate such in your advertising!

link to previous advertisement of similiar/same template >

http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=57736

The selling of templates as "developed websites" is prohibited in this section of the forum.

However it has been allowed by others, who have mentioned that they are selling templated sites.

Until a consensus, is reached by mods/administration, please be aware of such!

Thanks

Yes I already purchased one of the legalforms templates.. I placed it on one of my own domains http://Contracts.ws

I dont have a problem with these templates being sold...but they are not "websites"

Yes, if it's hosted at a domain name you are allowed to sell it as a developed website, but if you are not selling the rights to the design (if it's a template), you must state this, or the buyer will assume he is buying all rights. Thanks.

I already paid him seconds before I saw all these warnings as I thought they were both developed websites but if they are template sites how can I own them as he verified in several PM's.

He told me I was buying everything with complete ownership of all content and forms, etc.

Should I now ask him for a refund?

WHOAAAH...these are developed sites based off templates...you have the rights to the sites, but not for reselling them...they are for end user only...you are not allowed to resell (copy the sites onto other domains for reselling)...i usually post that these sites are template based, i apparently left that out of this particular thread/post...

ALL the content is included, in this case the fonts and legal forms are his to resell via these particular sites...

I think we all got suckered into one of these font template sites..they look nice and are fairly cheap.

Oh well.. $30 isnt a big deal.

BTW- You do get to own the site and content and forms..just like the rest of us. :)
You just aren't exclusive. FontCart.com aint that bad a name anyways.

The actual template sites are very nice.. The object is of course to make them your own..you have to add your own content otherwise the search engine simply see's 100's of these and you arent going to rank any betterthan the next guy

Think of them as nothing more than the base for your website.. for $25-$40 I cant build this myself so they are very good deals for me.

I also purchased a nice inexpensive hosting plan from him..

The only problem I have is calling these websites .. they are template sites and should be labled as such

It looks like Jlee just made an oversight. He's always stated they were templates in the past. We have all seen the site before and should be a good indication its not a new site. i don't think its realistic to think you get a php site with content for under $100. Hes tried to make it right. I do think these are sites though, a site is a site, but buyer should be told if its unique or not, and thats DNF rules.

Jlee made an honest mistake and is trying to make it right, whats the big hairy deal?

The rules for this section :

This forum is for the sale of developed websites, which must be live, and hosted at a domain name - no templates. One thread per 24 hours is permitted.

See under "subtitle" http://www.dnforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=5
"Developed Websites"

We just want it to be clear, to all concerned, that it is being allowed "only" with that exception!

The reason it was important to me Keshe is that I was under the understanding he was selling 2 websites that he created and had no idea they were simply templates. I also think the others here who immidiately posted and Mods knew that was the case which is why they posted the news, knowing I do not buy template sites (except in error)!

That's why I said this "Will take both sites for the BIN prices assuming all fonts and all legal forrms are included with my ownership of them all, no copyright issues, all code is included and graphics, and these are NOT font and legal forms affiliate programs....etc. Before payment was sent jlee also said this "forgot to confrm the fact that there are NO copyright issues, these are mine to sell...so no worries..."

All my websites are available for sale as a package deal and I wanted to later add these 2 to my long list of websites for sale, after making site improvements, SEO work, and changes to the sites, plus perhaps use some of the content on other websites, etc. Of course I could not resell them if they are templates owned by someone else. Thanks everyone for pointing this out. Also, thanks jlee for the prompt no hassle refund.
