developed $710 Per Month Website for Sale 300 uniques per day

Hi

I am selling my very popular website http://www.templates-store.com which is currently returning over $700 US dollars per month.

The site gets on average 300 ish uniques a day, currently as of 28/01/04 has 67550 page views, 412684hits, 6460 uniques, 7976 number of visits. Stats proof on request.

The site has generated $700 profit for January through the various sales on the site. The site has an Alexa ranking of 404,000 and increasing with the highest PR for any page on the site being PR5.

All revenue proof will be supplied on request and is made up from Templatemonster affiliate program.. over 25 sales for January to date, paypal purchases, of approx $170 for January, and $290 from hosting referals to ipowerweb and jumpline hosting via commission junction affiliate network.

As I said alln proff of all stats and income is available to interested parties. I will state that I am looking for over $1500 for the whole site and that will include the hosting account which is up for renewal in around September time,,, (value of around $80 in itself.
