RN -- check out http://www.searchfor1.com for a software product that provides WHOIS parsing en masse. I am sure there are other products out there too. No domainer should be without a tool to do bulk whois queries, or they are just shooting themselves in the foot.

Thanks Sam, did not know about that program and will check it out for future use. However, I really do not think it should be neccesary to use it when looking at large for-sale lists, as IMO the seller should take the time to delete those names he sold (and has knowledge of since he sold them directly himself), especially names sold as long as a month ago but still in the list.
