Well yours is parked at Sedo & nobodys offered that 4 it..

If I bought it I'd hold it for a year or two so I add that in to what it's
worth to me.

I auctioned 9AQ.com at sedo. And the reason it has this value is mainly because of the good acronyms... Remember that the quality of letters is not the only factor in determining the value.
