I recently picked up a few expired dictionary word domains and was wondering what they may be worth both undeveloped and developed.

lactose.us
brutal.biz
intensify.biz

They all have large google and overture keyword results, so I figurd that would add to their value. Thanks!

The rest the reg fee to mid $xx at a push.

I make the Overture figures very low for these, and .com or .net would have helped the value slightly. You could add more value by developing them, but i'm at a loss to think of a valuable use of lactose.us at the moment.

If you have very high search engine results you have plenty of competition.

Thanks for the appraisal Batface. I'm thinking about doing some basic development of these sites to gain some traffic. As for Lactose, I was thinking of an information portal/link page to lactose intolerance research and groups in the US.

As for Lactose, I'd say $xx undeveloped, however if you were to develop it, I could see it being worth much more. If you were to direct it to Lactose Intolerance, you could include resourceful links, a message forum, recipes, you could list your affiliate programs (For drugs that will help resolve lactose intolerance), just an all-around resource site. I think that it could be quite profitable.
