Affiliate Programs Affiliate needed - Tons of jobs seekers from India

Through a domain I purchased I am getting literally thousands of job seekers searching in English for both American jobs and jobs they can do in India.

What I need to figure out is how to monetize this traffic properly. Any help is appreciated.
