Affiliate Programs that supply a lander page?

I saw today that Drugstore.com, via Linkshare, can not only give you links and banners in the usual way, but also has their own landers. So you can just forward your domain to the lander; they do the hosting. Drugstore.com has several of them.

What other affiliate programs have a lander option? Then I have no cost of hosting. I am particularly interested in these areas:

You can direct link to sales pages for products at Clickbank and PayDotCom - some say that Google will penalise you from search and Adwords for doing so, but I haven't had that problem.

I think that using a good, generic domain focused to the product helps.
