My paypal account was Personal Account. If i accept CC FUNDS, i must upto Premier/Business Account, then i need pay "1.9% + $0.30 USD to 2.9% + $0.30 USD" every i Receive Funds. So i didn't accept his funds.

And what happend that time?
I said i can't accept his cc funds, and he didn't trust, and said some insult words.
And then, i want give his money back, but paypal web was slow, so i give his money back after 10-15 mins.

He got his money, and want deal again, but i don't want to do. Because when i said i can't accept cc funds, he said some shit words, and said did't deal with me in the future. So i don't want deal with too.

and then........ he said he will post this to dnforum, and tell every one don't deal with me. and he posted not full chat note.....
