i saw sedo also has a lot of website listing. Does anyone here ever sell developed website at sedo? Do you have any comment on it?

Yes, many people sell fully developed websites through Sedo. They're handled pretty much like domain sales with a couple of exceptions:

There's a special form to sign up to sell a website:

and you would be required to use the SedoTracker, provided by our partner eTracker.com and available at:

http://www.sedotracker.com

Website sales are designated with a special 'W' icon.
